I had a phenomenal experience with David at 505 Heating and Plumbing. I was dreading the appointment because my husband couldn't be there and I don't know much about plumbing. David never talked over my head. He took his time to educate me on my home's systems, diagnosed the issue perfectly, and showed me exactly what I need to do to get things serviced. Absolute amazing company!  Was able to get a very fair quote and quick service and install for my new evaporative cooler! The team came promptly at the time they said they would be there the day of the install. Install was quick and was back up and running before the heat set in. Team was friendly and professional. I called 505 Plumbing after the air conditioner at one of my rental units quit working. Unfortunately, I didn't discover the problem until around 11:00 that night. I left a message, and David, the owner, called me back first thing the next morning. Even though his schedule was already full, he found a way to squeeze me in between appointments. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a failed contactor, explained exactly what was wrong, tracked down the replacement part, and had everything repaired far faster than I expected. Best of all, there was no unnecessary upselling—he simply fixed what needed to be fixed and had the system running again in no time. It's refreshing to work with a company that is knowledgeable, communicates well, and genuinely cares about taking care of their  customers.
