Unfortunately, I didn't discover the problem until around 11:00 that night. I left a message, and David, the owner, called me back first thing the next morning. Even though his schedule was already full, he found a way to squeeze me in between appointments. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a failed contactor, explained exactly what was wrong, tracked down the replacement part, and had everything repaired far faster than I expected. Best of all, there was no unnecessary upselling—he simply fixed what needed to be fixed and had the system running again in no time. It's refreshing to work with a company that is knowledgeable, communicates well, and genuinely cares about taking care of their  customers.
