The team came promptly at the time they said they would be there the day of the install. Install was quick and was back up and running before the heat set in. Team was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, I didn't discover the problem until around 11:00 that night. I left a message, and David, the owner, called me back first thing the next morning. Even though his schedule was already full, he found a way to squeeze me in between appointments. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a failed contactor, explained exactly what was wrong, tracked down the replacement part, and had everything repaired far faster than I expected. Best of all, there was no unnecessary upselling—he simply fixed what needed to be fixed and had the system running again in no time. It's refreshing to work with a company that is knowledgeable, communicates well, and genuinely cares about taking care of their  customers. Little did I know that next week we are supposed to shatter records with the temp maybe hitting 90 degrees in March! I might be turning on the AC sooner than expected.
